All international teaching assistants ITA at Washington State University take an assessment that is designed to measure English language proficiency and teaching ability to ensure proper teaching placement. All ITA tests will be conducted via zoom. All candidates and their department representatives will receive a zoom invitation and a fillable pdf form for comments. Registration for the Fall semester is open until October 30, All registration forms submitted on or after October 31, will be entered into the queue for a test in Spring Students who register for fall will be contacted by email to arrange a specific test date and time. It is the policy of The University of Texas at Austin that individuals appointed as teaching assistants at UT Austin abide by the policies stated below.
